Satisfaction is the key factor of human resource management,and it plays an important role in solving the problems in human resource management.It is of great practical significance to study the improvement of employee satisfaction.As a pillar industry of the country,the operation of electric power enterprises plays a very important role in the healthy and stable development of the national economy.Due to the rapid development of domestic economy,because of the history of state power enterprises,which are the state monopoly enterprises,too close and so on,the satisfaction of human resource management is often neglected in the construction of human resource management,and the improvement of the satisfaction degree of the human resource management of the state-owned power enterprises is not given due attention.In many electric power enterprises,the satisfaction of staff to human resource management is very low,the main reason is that these enterprises have problems in the construction of talent system,which leads to the emergence of stagnation,low efficiency,loss of talent,overstaffing and so on,which seriously restricts the state of the state.The survival and development of electric power enterprises.Therefore,for the development of an enterprise,employees' satisfaction with human resources management is the key.If the employee's satisfaction with management is increased,it will not only promote the improvement of the company management system,but also promote the stable development of the enterprise.Based on the improvement of the human resource management satisfaction of the HK branch of Hanjiang group,this paper is the main idea and clue.Through the questionnaire survey,we have conducted a deep exchange interview with the respondents,and the satisfaction of human resources management of the company is taken as the survey object,and the satisfaction of the human resources of the company is improved.In this paper,the model of data graphics is used to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the company's human resources and the existing problems.Finally,the countermeasures and safeguard measures are put forward.This paper selects HK branch of Hanjiang group as a representative of state-owned power enterprises to conduct an investigation of satisfaction degree of human resource management.On the basis of domestic and foreign research results and human resource management related research,a questionnaire is designed for employee satisfaction of HK branch.The content of the questionnaire involves 6 major indicators,such as human resource planning,personnel recruitment and allocation,salary management,performance assessment,employee and labor relations,staff training and development.Data is sorted and analyzed through SPSS statistical software,and key factors affecting the company's satisfaction are further explored.Through investigation and data analysis,it is found that there are four aspects to be improved in the process of satisfaction improvement.That is,salary and performance Management is not perfect,recruitment and promotion mechanism is not perfect,training system is not perfect,personnel structure contradiction is outstanding.Combined with the actual situation of the company,this paper puts forward countermeasures and safeguard measures to improve the satisfaction of employees in HK branch.
