| Human resources are critical to the development of enterprises,according to experts.Business have regarded talents as their core competitive advantages to cope with the increasingly severe business competition environment.Whether the enterprise can develop long-term and stable,the continuous training of employees is a key link,which must be paid attention to.As the intermediate transition between the decision-making layer and the executive layer in the operation of the enterprise organization,the middle-level managers play the role of "connecting the previous and the next",and they are the top priority of the enterprise’s smooth production,operation and management.Therefore,continuously strengthening middle management personnel’s training and optimizing the company’s training system to match the company’s future development strategy and individual training needs of employees is a key shortcut to ensure the company’s long-term success.At present,China’s macroeconomic development is strong,and macroeconomic construction has gradually shifted from the original medium and high-speed development stage to today’s high-quality development stage.The engineering project management and engineering supervision industries must continuously optimize the quality of engineering and services,and improve customer satisfaction.Adapt to a challenging business environment.In the face of such a changeable industry situation,Company C,as an excellent private enterprise in project management and project supervision in Liaoning Province,aims to seek continuous increase in owner satisfaction rate and protect the environment as its development goals,and to lead the petrochemical supervision industry and expand the international market as its development goals.Direction,while establishing an industry brand,we should continue to accelerate the strategic transformation and upgrading of the enterprise,and at the same time,we should also start to think about how to enable employees to effectively implement the development strategy and promote the rapid development of the enterprise.During the operation of the company,the senior management of company C gradually realized that the middle-level managers are often limited in the process of task execution due to their lack of management ability and comprehensive quality,and the quality of work completion is low.Therefore,it is necessary for company C to target the middle layer key staff.Conduct a thorough and systematic investigation into the company’s training management,and optimize the company’s current training system to improve the knowledge level and management ability of middle-level employees,thereby improving work performance and assisting the company’s strategic transformation.This paper takes human capital,learning organization,employee training and management development related theories as the research foundation and basis,takes the middle managers of C company as the research object,and uses the interview method and questionnaire survey method to carry out the overall status quo of the middle employee training system of C company.Based on this,an in-depth analysis of the problems in their training system and their root causes primarily includes:lack of in-depth understanding of training needs,relatively one-sided training courses,traditional training methods,single training assessment and evaluation methods,and training management systems that have yet to be optimized.After finding the above-mentioned defects,with the goal of creating a learning organization atmosphere,adhering to the integration of theory with practice and establishing an overall training concept,the training needs,curriculum system,implementation means,training effect evaluation mechanism and training standardization construction are divided into five levels.Optimize the existing training system at the middle level to reflect its scientificity and practicability,so that students can really apply what they have learned and feed them back into work practice,and strengthen the training effect.Finally,this article improves the training system of C company’s middle-level management personnel from three perspectives:cultural,organizational and technical,and makes every effort to ensure that it is implemented smoothly,reflecting the comprehensiveness,integrity,and systematicness of its system optimization.It is hoped that the optimization design scheme for the middle-level training system explored in this work can be utilized as a reference for the optimization of the middle-level training system of businesses in the same industry,and thus give some reference relevance. |
