| Talent is the core competitiveness of an enterprise,but in recent years,the turnover rate of employees in all walks of life has remained high,which caused a certain negative impact on the stable development of an enterprise.Domestic and foreign studies have confirmed that there is a significant correlation between leadership style and employee Turnover Intention."Platform Leadership" is a new type of leadership proposed to explain the characteristics of effective leadership behavior in the context of the dynamic organizational environment and the rise of well-educated workers.Therefore,the relationship between employee Turnover Intention and Platform Leadership-the new leadership type-has become a subject that needs to be studied.This essay uses questionnaires to study the relationship among Platform Leadership,Perceived Organizational Support and Turnover Intention.Through theoretical derivation,it puts forward the relationship model between Platform Leadership,Perceived Organizational Support and Turnover Intention,and introduces Power Distance Orientation as a moderating variable.In the research process,the questionnaires were composed of existed scales that have been proved by empirical research to have ideal reliability and validity.The questionnaires are mainly distributed through online data platforms.During the first stage,questionnaires are distributed within two major state-owned enterprises in Beijing and two private enterprises in Fujian Province through Wen Juan Xing platform,for the second stage,questionnaires are distributed within random corporate managers and employees,employees of institutions and government via Credamo.A total of 401 questionnaires were collected,among which 69 invalid questionnaires were eliminated and 332 valid questionnaires remained by validity questions and reverse scoring questions.The effective response rate of the questionnaire was 82.79%.This essay conducts demographic analysis on the valid data collected,describes the basic characteristics of the samples,uses confirmatory factor analysis for reliability and validity test,and uses Harman’s Single Factor Test to test whether there is homologous variance.Regression analysis is performed on the basis of correlation analysis of various variables to verify the individual hypotheses,which then proves the mediation effect of Perceived Organizational Support,the moderating effect of Power Distance Orientation and the establishment of the model as a whole.This essay has proved that:Platform Leadership has a significant negative impact on Turnover Intention,Platform Leadership has a significant positive impact on Perceived Organizational Support,Perceived Organizational Support has a significant negative impact on Turnover Intention,Perceived Organizational Support plays a partially mediating role between Platform Leadership and Turnover Intention.That is,Platform Leadership have a direct negative impact on Turnover Intention,while suppresses Turnover Intention through Perceived Organizational Support.Power Distance Orientation plays a moderating role between Platform Leadership and Perceived Organizational Support.The positive influence on Perceived Organizational Support by Platform Leadership increases as the Power Distance Orientation decreases.This essay verifies the relationship between Platform Leadership,Perceived Organizational Support and Turnover Intention,which has important theoretical significance for verifying the applicability and effectiveness of Platform Leadership theory.In the meantime,the conclusions of this research provide new ideas for the recruitment,training and management of employees,which will provide useful reference for other similar enterprises and provide certain references for solving other similar problems. |
