Research On The Improvement Plan Of Supplier Selection Of R Compan

In the supply chain environment,especially in today’s increasingly competitive situation,suppliers are becoming more and more important to the stable development and competitiveness of enterprises.Many studies have indicated that selecting suitable suppliers and maintaining the relationship with suppliers can finally improve the enterprises’ competitiveness.Therefore,how to select and evaluate the suppliers with scientific methods is very important in the operation of enterprises.The current status of supplier selection in R company is described,and there are some problems are found,such as unscientific supplier classification,imperfect evaluation index,unreasonable selection process and so on.All these restrict enterprise competitiveness.Based on the perspective of supplier selection,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of these problems.Combined with the actual situation of R company,firstly,use Kraljic matrix to classify suppliers.Then,extract supplier selection indicators by reading.Held an internal meeting to discuss and determine the evaluation indicators,finally determine the evaluation indicators by using Delphi method.This paper establishes the weight of evaluation indicators by AHP and build the evaluation model of supplier selection.Finally,taking the electrode supplier selection as an example to verify the improvement.It shows that the improvement is effective by verification the design.It provides a basis for R company to scientifically select and evaluate suppliers.At last,the paper suggests the guarantee measures for the implementation of R company supplier selection improvement,it will not only improve supplier selection efficiency,but also reduce the corresponding cost effectively of R company.
