| Housing is the basic condition for the survival and development of human beings.With the development of economy and society,the process of urbanization continues to accelerate,the population gathers in cities,the demand for urban housing continues to rise,housing has become a hot spot for investment and consumption,housing prices continue to rise,and some groups rely on their own It is difficult for income to obtain housing through the market in the short term,so there is a problem of housing difficulties.Housing issues are related to family harmony and affect social stability.They are important people’s livelihood issues.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we should adhere to the positioning that houses are for living in,not for speculation,and accelerate the establishment of multi-subject supply,The housing system with multi-channel guarantee and simultaneous rent and purchase allows all the people to live.The state has established a housing security system based on public rental housing to effectively solve the housing difficulties of urban residents.In the public rental housing system,the access threshold is extremely important.If the access threshold is too low,the coverage of public rental housing will be too large,aggravating financial pressure;if the access threshold is too high,the coverage of public rental housing will be too small,and some Eligible groups are not guaranteed.Therefore,this paper takes Tai’an City as an example to study the problems and reasons existing in the access of public rental housing in Tai’an City,put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions,and provide a realistic basis for building a scientific and reasonable public rental housing security system.Firstly,this paper starts with the problem of housing difficulties,expounds the research background and research significance,and defines the concepts of housing security,public rental housing,access conditions,housing affordability,etc.Sloan’s hierarchy of needs,social security and other theories are used as the theoretical basis for analyzing the access conditions of public rental housing.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development process of the public rental housing system in Tai’an City,selects the households of the public rental housing communities such as Hewlett-Packard Homes and High-speed Railway Area A as the main survey objects,and understands the access status of households through questionnaires.By comparing the access conditions of rental housing,and synthesizing the economic and social development of various regions,the problems existing in the access to public rental housing in Tai’an are analyzed.Finally,based on the actual economic and social development of Tai’an City,reasonable suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the qualification review of public rental housing applications,reducing access conditions,and expanding the scope of housing security,so as to provide scientific ideas for the access setting of public rental housing in Tai’an City.Housing difficulties for more groups. |
