Research On W Automotive Trading Enterprises 4S Store Performance Evaluation Based On BSC-TOPSIS

With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the fierce competition in the automotive market,automotive trading enterprises are under tremendous pressure and have higher requirements for their internal management.As an effective means of testing the internal management of an enterprise,the reasonableness,comprehensiveness,applicability and operability of performance evaluation are crucial to the results of an enterprise’s performance evaluation.However,the complicated business and many profit points of automobile trading enterprises have led to the selection of incomplete performance evaluation indicators and unreasonable evaluation methods,making it difficult to ensure the scientificity of the performance evaluation results of automobile trading enterprises.A reasonable and effective performance evaluation system is conducive to reflecting the operation and management status of automotive trade enterprises in a targeted manner.Therefore,it is important to conduct a study on the performance evaluation of automotive trade enterprises to urge them to make up for their shortcomings,improve their operation and management capabilities and promote better development.This paper takes W automotive trading enterprise as the research object and conducts a performance evaluation study on it,the main research contents are as follows: firstly,analyse the current situation of W automotive trading enterprise’s operation and performance evaluation,and put forward the problems existing in the current performance management;secondly,according to the business process of automotive trading enterprise and the requirements of "W automotive trading enterprise’s operation performance evaluation management method",combine with the principle of balanced score card,from financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth Finally,four 4S shops of W Auto Trading Enterprise were selected for performance evaluation,and their performance evaluation was compared and analysed using the TOPSIS method,and the practical application method of the BSC-TOPSIS-based performance evaluation system was clarified in detail.The study provides a detailed explanation of the practical application of the BSC-TOPSIS-based performance evaluation system and its effectiveness,and proposes safeguards for the effective implementation of the performance evaluation system.This study is of great practical significance for 4S shops of W automotive trade enterprises to improve their management and promote their long-term development,and is also of reference and value to other automotive trade enterprises in the industry for their performance evaluation.
