| Facing the huge survival pressure in the enterprise operation and development,the change of operation mode,the adjustment of organizational atmosphere and the devotion of employees to work have become the urgent problems to be solved in the continuous operation of enterprises.In addition to the personal reasons of employees,the personal working conditions and psychological factors of employees have gradually become the focus of attention of enterprises.Personal psychological factors often refer to employees’ psychological control ability,problem-solving ability,ability to cope with difficulties and interpersonal skills,The level of these abilities depends on the internal factors of employees,such as dedication,concentration and mental state,which have a very important impact on the level of job engagement of employees.Organizational influence refers to the influencing factors formed by organizational climate,organizational environment and organizational nature,among which organizational climate has a more obvious impact on employee job engagement.Based on the above theories,this thesis constructs a new theoretical model of organizational climate,employees’ resilience and job engagement,analyzes the relationship between organizational climate and employees’ job engagement and the influence mechanism of organizational climate on employees’ resilience,and studies the mediating effect of resilience between organizational climate and employees’ job engagement.Taking the employees of X company as the main object of investigation,interviews and questionnaires are conducted among the employees of X company.A total of403 reasonable questionnaires were screened out,and the empirical research and test of the research hypothesis were carried out by using quantitative statistics methods and analysis techniques,so as to obtain the corresponding research results.The results show that organizational climate has a significant positive correlation with employees’ job engagement.Under the influence of organizational climate,managers’ management style and employees’ interpersonal relationship in the enterprise have a significant positive correlation with employees’ job engagement.These two dimensions also have an important positive impact on employees’ resilience.In the complementary mechanism of organizational climate and employee work engagement,personal resilience has a mediating function. |
