| Urbanization drives the development of regional economy,and many rural population turns to urban population.However,the decrease of rural population leads to the phenomenon of idle land and abandoned land in rural areas,which waste land resources.The country proposed to promote rural reform in the First document of the Central Committee in2021.As an important part of rural reform,rural land property rights reform has a significant impact on rural development.In order to maximize the rational use of land resources,rural land reform is imperative.The article discusses the reform of rural land property right from four aspects.The first part expounds property rights and Marx’s land property rights and studies relevant property rights in Marx’s land property rights theory and combs Xi Jinping’s discussion on land property rights reform.The second part studies the innovation and development of three different types of land in the new era: agricultural land,collective profit-making construction land and homestead land.The research finds that different regions have different modes of reform.The third part analyzes the remarkable achievements of three different types of land through different forms of reform,which has promoted the development of local rural areas effectively.But there are also some problems in the reform.The fourth part analyzes the necessity of land property rights reform,which thinks that it’s necessary to carry out land property rights reform at present and also conforms to the needs of rural development,gives appropriate countermeasures and suggestions for different types of land property rights reform for the purpose of land property rights reform can be fully reflected.Land is related to the subsistence of farmers closely and the property right of land is the fundamental problem of land.Starting from Marx’s theory of land property rights,the study of China’s rural land property rights reform in the new era can give play to the contemporary value of Marx’s theory of land property rights and play a guiding role in optimizing the use of rural land resources and building beautiful countryside. |
