Research On Social Integration Of The Relocated People In Inhospitable Areas Of Western Minority Regions

Eliminating poverty in ethnic minority areas and building and sharing a better life are important missions and governance goals of Chinese Communists,as well as essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to solve the predicament of spatial poverty in western ethnic minority areas,where "no one can afford to live on the same soil",the Party has led the people of all ethnic groups in the reform and opening up,especially since the beginning of the new era,to successfully complete the "great transformation of the world",with "eliminating the root of poverty" as the basic goal and relocation as an important way.General Secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out that the relocated people should not only "move out",but also "stay there,get rich,and truly integrate into the new living environment".Promoting social integration has become an important task of follow-up support for the relocated people in inhospitable areas of western minority areas.Therefore,how to promote the effective integration of the relocated people in the western minority areas into the new environment,how to reveal the basic logic of social integration of the relocated people in the relocated people have become a major subject to be solved in the theoretical and practical circles.In this paper,the marxist classic anti-poverty theory and the anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics,especially under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the social integration of the relocated people in inhospitable areas,and actively learn from the sociology of the theoretical methods of the social integration of the relocated people in inhospitable areas.Through empirical investigation and normative analysis,it is found that the Party and the government have made positive responses to the disorder caused by the structural jump in the living space of the relocated people,adopting diversified policies to actively promote the relocated people to integrate into the new living environment.At present,many displaced people in the western ethnic areas have initially integrated into the new environment,but it shows a trend of "overall low integration",and is characterized by the instrumentality of integration and the mechanical nature of unity.It is manifested in four aspects: the single dimension of employment leads to the obstruction of economic integration,the weak sense of rights leads to the low efficiency of political integration,the cultural gap leads to the barrier of cultural integration,and the contraction of communication space leads to the barrier of psychological integration.The deep reasons for the low social integration of the relocated people in insoluble areas of western minority areas are mainly the policy implementation is not in place,the institutional structure is not balanced,the participation of social organizations is not enough,and the selfempowerment of the masses is slow.In order to explore the effective way of social integration of the people relocated from insoluble areas in western minority areas,we should transcend the unilateral perspective of "integration",scientifically define the target positioning,and think about the countermeasures of social integration on this basis.The author thinks: from the perspective of integration and acceptance interaction,we should take the construction of grassroots governance community as the goal;From the perspective of the integration of different ethnic groups,the building of a Community of the Chinese nation should be the guide.In terms of specific countermeasures,we should optimize the local policy making mechanism,improve the social integration system,give play to the function of multiple organizations to promote integration,and strengthen the self-empowerment of relocated people.
