Research On The Problems And Optimization Of The Operation Of The F E-commerce Industrial Park

With the progress of Internet technology and the development of e-commerce,e-commerce industrial park has become an indispensable carrier to promote China’s supply-side reform and high-quality economic development due to its distinctive development characteristics.The prominent role of e-commerce industry effectively ensures economic development and social stability.However,due to the blind development of e-commerce industrial parks by some local governments and the lack of scientific and systematic development planning,the development of e-commerce industrial parks is further restricted.At present,there are more than 100 e-commerce parks in G Province,which are usually of small scale and low reputation.Without huge modern logistics system application or supply chain service,the development has not yet formed its own characteristics,and failed to provide a model for the development of e-commerce in the province.After the outbreak of the epidemic,the operation of e-commerce park is also facing a huge impact,due to the shutdown of enterprises in the park,industrial development is facing great pressure.In particular,small and micro enterprises in the park,their ability to resist risks is weaker,in this situation,the operation can not support,will face the pressure of bankruptcy.Therefore,to explore and analyze the difficulties and causes in the development of e-commerce industrial parks is of great significance to the survival and development of e-commerce industrial parks.Based on this,the paper discusses and defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of e-commerce industrial park on the basis of reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad.On this basis,the development status of F e-commerce industrial park is analyzed,and the development situation,profit model and development environment of F e-commerce industrial park are discussed.Through questionnaire design and survey,the main problems and reasons existing in the development of F industrial park are deeply explored and analyzed,which can be summarized as fuzzy strategic positioning,backward development mode,low development efficiency,poor service facilities,etc.Further,it summarizes the practice and experience of the development of domestic e-commerce industrial parks,such as Changshu China Service E-commerce Industrial Park,Urat E-commerce Industrial Park,Wuyishan E-commerce industrial Park,etc.Finally,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the development of F e-commerce industrial park.This paper hopes to explore the value of e-commerce industry in terms of economic benefits and social development,so as to better promote the healthy and sustainable development of F e-commerce industrial park and offer suggestions for improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Meanwhile,it also provides ideas for the development of similar e-commerce industrial parks.
