Research On The Construction And Symbiotic Evolution Of Service Ecosystem Dominated By Agricultural Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

In the face of the current saturated and homogenized agricultural machinery equipment market,Chinese agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises rely on a single product manufacturing has been difficult to maintain sustained profit growth.But the endmarket-oriented agricultural machinery service demand can’t be effectively met.The servitization transformation for agriculture has gradually become an important way for enterprises to seek new value growth points.It requires the coordination of agricultural machinery service organizations.However,there is an unstable collaborative relationship between enterprises and service organizations,so there is an urgent need to build a service ecosystem dominated by agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,this study uses the theory of transaction cost,ecosystem and symbiosis on the basis of literature review of agricultural machinery service,manufacturing servitization and service ecosystem.First,it analyzes the current situation of coordination between agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises and agricultural machinery service organizations and the reasons for the low coordination between them from the perspective of system and transaction cost.Then,the formation mechanism of service ecosystem dominated by agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises is revealed.The symbiosis evolution model of service ecosystem based on symbiosis theory is constructed.And the stages of evolution process are divided.Finally,It identify the key elements of the evolution of service ecosystem dominated by agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises,and design the implementation mechanism of service ecosystem evolution to higher order.The effectiveness of the implementation mechanism is verified by taking Weichai Lovol Heavy Industry as an example.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The servitization of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises needs to cooperate with agricultural machinery service organizations,but there is a problem of cooperation between them.Agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises are restricted by resource endowment in the process of extend service business with agricultural machinery product.So they urgently need the coordination of agricultural machinery service organizations.But because of the imperfect system,the two organizations are mainly based on relatively simple transaction relationship.And the coordination is poor,resulting in higher transaction costs,involving search,negotiation,contracting and supervision costs.(2)The service ecosystem dominated by agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises is more reciprocal and creative in value.Policy background,technical environment and service willingness are important driving factors for the construction of service ecosystem.Service ecosystem aims at resource sharing and value co-creation,which can improve the collaborative relationship between enterprises and other subjects.However,the system is not always in an ideal state,but is undergoing an evolution process from low-order to high-order.There are parasitic,partial-profit symbiosis and reciprocal symbiosis modes.Enterprises have different interactive behaviors with each subject under different symbiosis modes.(3)The key to the evolution from the low stage to the high stage of the service ecosystem dominated by agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises lies in the construction of the channel of resource interaction and the scene of value creation,as well as the consistency of values and the win-win relationship of multi-benefit.In the stage of system evolution,it is necessary to consider not only the core competence and service level of the enterprise,but also the different symbiosis modes and connection states among the subjects.Carrying out institutional arrangement and institutional environment improvement around resource sharing and value co-creation can realize the process of high-level evolution of service ecosystem.This study focuses on the construction and symbiotic evolution of service ecosystem dominated by agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises,which not only expands the application scene of service ecosystem theory,but also provides theoretical guidance for the servitization transformation of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprises.
