Research On Rural Self-Built Housing From The Perspective Of Field

In China,since the late 1980 s,China’s rural areas have set off a housing boom,the villagers’ housing has been constantly updated,showing a magnificent transformation from "poor" remote to " rich countryside ".In the new century,especially since the 18 th CPC National Congress,with the increasing allocation of rural resources,agriculture and rural farmers have embarked on the track of rapid development.The decisive victory in poverty alleviation and the comprehensive well-off strategy has laid a solid foundation for comprehensively improving the living standards of people in rural areas.At present,with the solid progress of rural revitalization strategy,the full implementation of the common prosperity policy,opened the people yearning for a better life,and hundreds of millions of farmers born,grow,died in the specific "root culture" 、 "culture",this not only make rural building behavior,and make rural building possible.Obviously,in the context of this specific national conditions,standing on the historical node of the new era,deeply focusing on the problem of rural self-built housing in the underdeveloped western provinces such as Guizhou.This paper borrows the French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu "Field theory" as the theoretical perspective,in Guizhou H county as the research object,supported by field research,from rural self-built site selection to housing function layout,construction technology and house design,summarizes the current situation of H county and existing historic problems,and to solve the problem of H county rural self-built transformation strategy and work idea.The investigation found that the central policy documents on rural self-built housing have been implemented in H County,working institutions and staffing have been established or guaranteed,the administrative approval system of rural self-built housing in H County has been established and improved,and phased achievements have been made in the management mechanism of rural self-built housing.However,there are still some historical problems left over from the rural self-built houses in H County: prominent problems of occupying farmland and squeezing roads,imperfect functional layout of houses,and defects in the quality of houses,etc.The existence of these problems makes the villages in H County present the "only see new houses,no new villages" phenomenon.The analysis found that,There are many reasons for the historical problems of rural housing: first,the site selection of rural self-built housing "Habit" is traditional,Backward site selection consciousness,No overall view;Second,the lack of modernity "habit" to the functional structure of the building,And limited by the sense of life,Lead to a serious lack of housing modernization function;Third,the lack of economic capital,cultural capital and technical capital of rural self-built housing,Let the quality of rural self-built housing is difficult to get a strong guarantee;Fourth,some grassroots law enforcement personnel lack a "training" background,With a little knowledge of architecture and law,Poor law enforcement results;Fifth,H County is located in the southwest mountainous area,Long-term traffic and information difficulties,Rural self-built housing management policy to the rural countryside has a certain lag,the policy to the countryside implementation is not timely,In addition,the lack of publicity of housing construction related policies,Lead to farmer law and building room consciousness is backward.According to the problems and causes of rural "Field" construction in H County,combined with the macro background of rural revitalization,the author proposes the new strategy;the third is to improve the capital force to protect the quality of housing;enhance the foresight of top design.All in all,through the rural building space optimization,building the top design lead,building farmers capital promotion,policy propaganda effect,multi-pronged,multisectoral collaboration,aims to optimize the rural "Field" building behavior,build rural self-built housing "new habit",to seize the historical opportunity of "rural revitalization" strategy,let the rural truly beautiful rich and strong.
