Qinghai Oil field has proposed "strengthening management, restructuring, transfer mode, to maintain growth," the main line, technology and innovation as key to increasing reserves and production as priority, to accelerate engineering and technical support capabilities, to create a harmonious area, accelerate the construction of million-ton oil plateau gas, to achieve sound and rapid development of oil fields.
