During the 14 th Five Year Plan period,continuing to vigorously implementing the Poverty Alleviation through Consumption is a significant measure to consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty eradication.In order to build a long-term mechanism of Poverty Alleviation through Consumption and help consolidating and expanding the great achievements of poverty alleviation,this paper puts forward the appropriate radius logic of rural transaction expansion caused by Poverty Alleviation through Consumption from the perspective of transaction expansion.First of all,the restriction of "transaction resource accessibility" greatly hinders the transaction expansion of poverty-stricken areas and people.By analyzing the current situation of transaction resource accessibility in rural areas,and the rural transaction expansion mechanism contained in different transaction resource accessibility types,it constitutes the logical starting point of the appropriate radius of Poverty Alleviation through Consumption.Secondly,the organization,market and community mechanisms of rural transaction expansion caused by Poverty Alleviation through Consumption are highly consistent with the rural expansion mechanism determined by the type of transaction resources of poverty-stricken areas and poverty-stricken people,which has greatly promoted the transaction expansion of poverty-stricken areas and poverty-stricken people,and also greatly improved the transaction resources accessibility of povertystricken areas and poverty-stricken people.Finally,according to the dominant mechanism of Poverty Alleviation through Consumption,the transactions caused by Poverty Alleviation through Consumption can be divided into market-oriented,organizational and community-based transactions.Different types of transaction attribute correspond to corresponding radius constraint.Combining the characteristics of the accessibility of transaction resources of povertystricken areas and people,and the attributes and constraints of the transactions caused by Poverty Alleviation through Consumption,the moderate radius logic of rural transaction expansion caused by Poverty Alleviation through Consumption is proposed.Then through the case observation of different transaction attributes of Poverty Alleviation through Consumption,empirical examples are given.
