| With more than 30 years of exploration and practice,the insurance industry has developed relatively well,and at the same time,the competition among enterprises has become more intense,and talent advantages have gradually become the key force for modern enterprises to strive for limited resources.Human resource management is the basis for promoting the vigorous development of enterprises and improving their competitive advantages.The organic combination of human capital and material resources can create wealth and generate economic benefits for enterprises.As the creators of enterprise benefits,employees’ satisfaction directly affects the efficiency and quality of work,which in turn affects the competitiveness of the enterprise.Higher job satisfaction is conducive to reducing the rate of brain drain,thereby reducing the cost of enterprise training,enhancing enterprise cohesion and stability.Enterprise development,bring profits to the enterprise.At the same time,it can also strengthen employees’ sense of belonging to the company,better exert their subjective initiative,improve work efficiency and improve work quality.Therefore,improving employee satisfaction is very important to the management of the enterprise,and it is also of great significance for the enterprise to obtain a competitive position in the market.On the basis of sorting out the relevant theories of employee satisfaction,this thesis takes the sales staff of R insurance company as the research object,and by consulting the relevant literature,on the basis of existing theoretical research,first of all four experts from the local insurance industry association,R insurance company 6managers and 8 salesmen from the county branch conducted in-depth interviews,combined the theoretical basis with the interview results,and designed product awareness,work return,business management,personal A questionnaire with 25sub-questions in five dimensions of value and interpersonal relationship,using SPSS statistical software to conduct questionnaire reliability test,validity analysis,regression analysis,etc.on the data of the sample survey,to explore the main problems existing in the satisfaction of salespersons of the current R insurance company,and combined with the actual situation of the company,put forward suggestions for scientifically planning the career development path of sales personnel,speeding up the efficiency of reward redemption,doing early warning and publicity,improving the sense of accomplishment brought by work,enhancing team cohesion,and optimizing product rates from the above five aspects.It has certain practical reference significance for helping R insurance company to improve sales staff satisfaction,increase market share,and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. |
