Study On The Factors Affecting The Satisfaction Of Rural People's Old-age Insurance In Jiaxiang County Of Jining City

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's pension insurance system has undergone a long history of development.From the establishment of rural social security policies to the establishment of a new rural social endowment insurance system and a social insurance system for urban residents,the last two systems have been merged into a basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents.The basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents has made some achievements,but there are also many problems.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the insured farmers' basic level of endowment insurance for rural and urban residents in Jiaxiang County,Jining City,and analyzes the related factors that affect satisfaction.According to the analysis results,it proposes strategies and suggestions for improving satisfaction.The socialist market economy has entered a stage of prosperity and development.The economy is constantly developing,the people's living standards are rapidly rising,and all kinds of new things are emerging in an endless stream.The construction of urban-rural integration has become a social consensus.China's rural population accounts for half of the total population of the society.The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the key to solving the integration of urban and rural areas.The rural young and middle-aged labor force is constantly flooding into the city to work.The elderly population has become a major rural population,and the pension problem has had to attract attention.The scale of rural land is continuously shrinking,and the land facing the loess is facing the sky.Gradually,the traditional family pension is gradually weakening.The deepening of the ageing population has caused the demand for old-age care services in rural areas to increase further.The pension insurance policy for residents is designed to alleviate the old-age problem in rural areas.Many farmers all have participated in rural residents pension insurance.Therefore,in the process of promoting the “people-oriented”new type of urbanization,analyze the factors that affect farmers' satisfaction with the participation of rural residents in endowment insurance,improve the rural residents' endowment insurance system,increase farmers' satisfaction with the rural residents' endowment insurance system,and improve urban and rural areas.The overall social security system has important practical significance.The dissertation mainly studies and discusses from three aspects: First,it reviews the entire development process of the old-age insurance system in China,starting with the exploration and establishment of traditional “old rural insurance” in 1986,and establishing a basic pension for urban and rural residents nationwide by 2014.The insurance system.Secondly,using the questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method,the insured farmers in Jiaxiang County of Jining City were selected as the survey subjects for empirical investigation and research.Since the implementation of the rural residents pension insurance system in Jiaxiang County,farmers have actively participated in insurance.The coverage rate of the rural residents' pension insurance system in Jiaxiang County is very high,but there are also a series of problems during the implementation of the policy.Finally,taking Jiaxiang County of Jining City as an example,relying on field research and data from the questionnaire.Using the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the satisfaction,to obtain a satisfaction index.Using spss20.0 software,the correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between the indicators affecting farmers' satisfaction with rural residents' pension insurance and the overall satisfaction;the factors affecting satisfaction were obtained by using binary logistic regression: family size,income level,policy recognition,insurance treatment,service level.According to the results of satisfaction evaluation,the overall level of satisfaction of the rural residents' endowment insurance between the insured is between the average and the satisfaction,and there is still much room for improvement in the degree of satisfaction;the farmers' understanding of insurance,adjustment of the basic pension,and insurance The six aspects of the level of benefits,the protection of old age,the convenience of the farmers' insurance,and the service attitude of insurance managers have a positive impact on satisfaction.Based on the above research and analysis,the following suggestions are made: Promote economic development,increase policy awareness,formulate policy content that meets social development,and enhance government level in many aspects.
