Study On The Development Path Of Rural Collective Economy In Feidong County, Anhui Province

Developing rural collective economy is not only one of the important measures of the CPC Central Committee to promote rural revitalization,but also one of the powerful fulcrum for comprehensively consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.At present,the development of collective economy in rural areas of our country continues to grow,the system reform is deepening,and has achieved remarkable results in the stage.However,due to the constraints of history,society,system,region,resources,funds and other factors,the collective economic development of some rural areas in China is still facing a series of difficulties and challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the development of rural collective economy from a higher level,so as to optimize the development path of rural collective economy and promote the better and faster rural revitalization in China.This paper studies the rural collective economic development of Feidong County in Anhui Province,and describes and summarizes the current situation of rural collective economic development of Feidong County through relevant data and materials.On the basis of theoretical analysis and field investigation,the following problems exist in Feidong County’s rural collective economy: the subjectivity of developing rural collective economy is not strong,the development of village collective economy is extremely unbalanced,the income source of village collective economy is single,the development of collective economy lacks funds and projects,and the financial management of village collective is not standard;And from the planning,thought,manpower,finance,policy,system of the above problems are analyzed.Secondly,it draws on the experience and inspiration of the development of village collective economy in other areas of China.Finally,put forward the development path of Feidong County rural collective economy:Strengthen the overall planning and planning of the overall goal,take advantage of location advantages,actively explore diversified development channels of rural collective economy,effectively improve the degree of ideological attention,strictly select development leaders,optimize the mechanism of talent introduction and training,To improve the level of science and technology,strengthen the support of inclusive finance for rural collective economic development,improve the policy support for rural collective economic development in Feidong County,establish and perfect the supervision and incentive mechanism of rural collective economic development.
