Essentially speaking,the competition of talent is the comprehensive national strength nowadays.In implementing human resource strategy,it is particularly important to do the work of talents.Both the state and enterprises should focus on the real needs of talents,provide material and spiritual support to build a cultural environment that is conducive to establishing a scientific management system of employment.It can be found that talent evaluation and talent incentives affect employee working state and performance in the modern enterprise management system.Enterprise performance management is an important part of human resources management and development.With the fast change of the world economic situation,market competition has become more and more fierce both at home and abroad.If one enterprise wants to maintain its foundation in the market and achieve high-quality development,the cultivation of talent and performance management should be taken seriously in enterprise management.It has been an urgent topic for the company to study how to effectively play the guiding role of performance management in enterprises and improve the advantages of sustainable competition.This paper reviews the theoretical research both domestic and overseas on performance management,and takes the W company’s status as the study object.At present,W company has set up seven regions and more than 20 sub-companies in China,which cover all parts of the country.With the continuous expansion and extension of the company’s development scale and field,the company needs to adopt more effective ways to further improve its management ability,and the limitations of the performance management method previously adopted by the company are gradually reflected.There are mainly problems such as insufficient understanding of performance management,incomplete assessment subjects,unreasonable assessment cycle setting,imperfect assessment feedback and communication,and not paying attention to performance feedback and so on.For this kind of problems,the paper raises some solutions through the relevant theoretical research based on the actual situation and experience of my work.In order to clarify the principles and goals of the company performance management system perfectly,this paper introduces the necessity and feasibility to select 360 performance management system,and put forward to perfect the basis to perfect performance management system,and design an assessment scheme to perfect W company performance index system,and put forward perfect performance management system guarantee measures,and improve the company performance management process control.It is hoped that the company can use the optimized performance appraisal program to promote the improvement of performance management level and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the strategic goal of "building a first-class quality and efficient ecological group".Furthermore,it’s also expected to provide some help for enterprises with similar problems and use it as a reference. |
