| With the fast development of social economy, it is very necessary to improve the ability of internal management in the enterprise in order to remain competitiveness and stable development in the intense competition. The establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance management system is bound up with the continuous improvement of management ability, the achievement of strategic goals and the consistence of the motivating target of staff with the goal of enterprise.Studies show that whether the employees are satisfied with the compensation degree or not plays a key role in the improvement of employees and enterprise performance. The higher satisfaction the employees pay, the higher their enthusiasm for work loyalty to the enterprise will be, then the more benefits they create for the enterprise. On the contrary, if satisfaction the employees pay is low, it will bring some negative effects, such as lower working enthusiasm and loyalty to the enterprise and stronger wills to move to other enterprises, which will influence the healthy development of the enterprise.ZX company is agricultural high-tech enterprises engaged in the factory production of edulis fungi, medical fungi and biological engineering research and development. It is now at the stage of fast development. Based on the present situation of ZX company in management, through questionnaire investigation and interviews, this paper investigates the employees’ compensation satisfaction and the present situation of company performance management in ZX company, makes a statistical analysis according to the survey to find out the factors that affect the employees’ satisfaction and the present problem in performance management system, and puts forward suggestions on reasonable scientific management to optimize its performance management system.It suggests that on the basis of present situation of an enterprise, practical performance management plan should be perfected, great importance should be attached to the employees in the role of performance management, effective performance management program should be adopted to draw up a reasonable performance appraisal index and its weights, establish an effective performance feedback mechanism.It is expected that some suggestions this paper can put forward to can provide instructions and reference to building the performance management system with higher satisfaction and meeting the requirement for strategical development, and help the employees and the enterprises improve their performance and competitiveness. |
