| In the context of the Belt and Road Initiative,tariff barriers among countries are gradually lowered.more and more countries have adopted relevant trade facilitation policies and measures to develop their own trade.In addition,with the prominent advantages of China’s cross-border e-commerce platform,The present issues facing China as it deepens the market of CEE countries and deepens China-CEE "16+1" cooperation include how to employ trade facilitation policies and measures to effectively promote the export of China’s cross-border e-commerce and solve problems in the trade facilitation process.This paper firstly describes the academic circles at home and abroad in three aspects:trade facilitation,cross-border e-commerce,and further research includes the correlation between the two.Secondly,it summarizes the development status of China’s cross-border e-commerce and the status quo of China’s cross-border e-commerce exports to central and Eastern European countries.Third,the impact of trade facilitation on China’s cross-border e-commerce is examined,laying the theoretical groundwork for the empirical research that follows.Furthermore,through the four level indicators and 12 secondary indicators to build the evaluation index system of trade facilitation,using spass26.0 software,using principal component analysis method to comprehensive level 16 central and eastern European countries trade facilitation is calculated and analyzed,based on this separately to the four primary index trade facilitation are calculated and analyzed;Finally,The trade gravity model is expanded with the complete score of trade facilitation and the score of trade facilitation index,and carries on the empirical analysis.In a word,draw the following conclusions:First,by the principal component analysis method,it is found that the trade facilitation level of CEE countries is above medium level on the whole;Further analysis of the first-level indicators of trade facilitation shows that there are great differences in different levels of trade facilitation due to the differences of countries,regions,facilities and other factors.Among them,the level of infrastructure trade facilitation and e-commerce trade facilitation in CEE countries have increased,but the increase is small,the level of customs environmental trade facilitation has further increased,but the level of regulatory environmental trade facilitation has a downward trend.Secondly,through the expanded gravity model,the empirical research manifests that smooth will boost China’s cross-border e-commerce exports,and except for the environmental regulation,infrastructure,customs environment and e-commerce indicators have significantly boosted China’s cross-border e-commerce,among which e-commerce has the greatest promoting effect.Secondly,customs environment;Finally,infrastructure.In addition,the problems found in the research process will provide targeted countermeasures to improve trade facilitation. |
