Research On The Construction Of Chongqing Agricultural Machinery Socialized Service System Under The Background Of "Internet +"

The 21 st century is an era of rapid development of Internet information technology,and also an era of continuous improvement of agricultural mechanization.With the development of Internet information technology,agricultural production is gradually becoming intelligent and intelligent.The socialized service of agricultural machinery is the first condition to realize agricultural modernization,informatization and mechanization,and also the important content of the construction of socialized service of agriculture.Compared with the previous decades of development,a new era of farm machinery socialization service there has been a fundamental change,emerging technologies,such as network technology,Internet technology and the rise of service tools for farm machinery socialization service provides a more convenient way,the fabric of the farm machinery socialization service unit has diversified development,a good system of sustainable development is particularly important.Previous studies on the construction of agricultural machinery socialized service system under the traditional model have been carried out,but there is almost no progress in Chongqing area as the research object,let alone related research based on Internet information technology.In view of the "Internet +" under the background of the construction of farm machinery socialization service system of research in Chongqing,the basic structure of this paper is as follows: the first part of the construction of farm machinery socialization service system at home and abroad research status summary analysis,summed up the policy support,diversified agricultural machinery service organization,agricultural machinery industry to support the three common development.The second part analyzes the relationship between supply and demand of socialized agricultural machinery service in Chongqing,draws up a questionnaire,studies the three aspects of supply structure,service demand and supporting environment,and clarifies the cross restriction relationship among the three.The third part,based on the principles of orientation,integrity,operability,unity and so on,establishes mathematical evaluation model through analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the current situation of Chongqing agricultural machinery socialized service,and draws the conclusion that Chongqing agricultural machinery socialized service is still in the initial stage.The fourth part,from the perspective of public management and supply and demand relationship,follows the principle of voluntary farmers,measures taken according to local conditions and coordinated development,and builds an Internet informatization agricultural machinery socialized service system adapted to Chongqing,including service providers,service requirements,management and third-party informatization service platforms.In the fifth part,under the background of big data informatization,through data collection and processing,the relevant elements of agricultural machinery socialization service in China and Chongqing are compared and analyzed,so as to find the foothold of strengthening the framework and the next development direction.The sixth part,based on relevant research,provides some policy suggestions for the socialization of agricultural machinery service and policy making in Chongqing.
