Nowadays,with the development of information technology,Internet finance has promoted the continuous development of China’s economy and opened up a new way for the development of China’s banking industry.From the perspective of the bank ’ s own development,due to the impact of the rapidly changing external environment,it is also facing more and more new problems and new situations.If the bank wants to achieve rapid development in the current fierce competition environment,it needs combining modern information technology,moving towards the Internet and digitization,so as to realize the transformation from traditional to intelligent.Counter business is the key to bank services,and the realization of its intelligent transformation can promote the improvement of the bank ’ s competitiveness and thus promote the development of the bank.Based on this,this article attempts to learn from domestic and foreign commercial bank operation management,technology and financial reform,branch transformation and other related literature,take the intelligent transformation and development of bank A’s counter business as the research object,and analyze its intelligent transformation issues.Through analysis,it is found that the main problems at this stage are cumbersome counter business service processes,insufficient outlet resource configuration settings,low system automation,slow processing speed,and staffing that cannot meet the needs of counter business.And in the basic business analysis of the intelligent operation development environment of Bank A’s filing business,it clearly pointed out the transformation goals,principles and plans.Finally,in order to better promote the development of Bank A ’ s intelligent transformation,from optimizing the counter service management process,investing in the construction of smart outlets,upgrading smart autonomous equipment,building an intensive and efficient operation center,and putting forward corresponding safeguard measures in terms of cultural guarantee,operation guarantee,and manpower guarantee.Therefore,this article has certain reference significance for the intelligent transformation and development of Bank A.
