Research On The Ideological Mobilization Of The Communist Party Of China In The Movement Of Rent And Interest Reduction During The Anti Japanese War

During the Anti Japanese War,as the national contradiction between China and Japan gradually rose to the main contradiction in China,the Communist Party of China timely adjusted its domestic and foreign policies.On the issue of rural land policy,the original policy of confiscating the land of the landlord class to the farmers has been changed to the policy of reducing rent and interest.The rent and interest reduction policy is a basic policy implemented by the Communist Party of China to solve the farmers’ problems under the specific historical conditions.It is an important part of the party’s general policy of the Anti Japanese national united front.However,the peasant class and the landlord class were two opposites.There was a direct conflict of interest between the two sides in the movement of rent and interest reduction.Therefore,in the early stage of the promulgation of the policy,various conditions unfavorable to the movement of rent and interest reduction appeared in the border areas.In this regard,the party committees and governments of all regions of the Communist Party of China went deep into the rural areas to understand the people’s life.With the purpose and principle of consolidating the Anti Japanese national united front and relying on the policy of rent and interest reduction,they carried out ideological mobilization for farmers and landlords respectively.Finally,they successfully transformed the rent and interest reduction into a large-scale mass movement,which laid a solid foundation for the victory of the Anti Japanese war.During the Anti Japanese War,the background,object,method and achievements of the ideological mobilization carried out by the Communist Party of China in the rent and interest reduction movement in the Anti Japanese base areas made it a great practice and model of successful ideological and political education in the history of the Communist Party of China’s ideological and political work.This paper aims to study and analyze the ideological mobilization of the Communist Party of China in the movement of rent and interest reduction,deepen the research on the movement of rent and interest reduction during the war of resistance against Japan and enrich the research on the history of Ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China,and draw the experience and Enlightenment for the party to carry out ideological mobilization in the new era.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the rise of the party’s ideological mobilization in the rent and interest reduction movement during the Anti Japanese War,and combs the development process of the party’s ideological mobilization in the rent and interest reduction movement during the Anti Japanese war;Secondly,through the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and the combination of history and theory,this paper discusses the object,main content and mobilization method of the party’s ideological mobilization in the process of rent and interest reduction movement;Thirdly,it summarizes the main characteristics and achievements of the party’s ideological mobilization in the movement of rent and interest reduction;Finally,on the basis of summarizing the historical experience of the party’s ideological mobilization in the rent and interest reduction movement,this paper focuses on the practical enlightenment of the party’s ideological mobilization in the rent and interest reduction movement during the war of resistance against Japan.
