| The prefabrication and installation of industrial pipelines is an important part of petrochemical construction projects.In the past,the prefabrication and installation of pipelines were carried out at the project site at the same time.With the continuous development of science and technology,the prefabrication of pipelines tends to be standardized and integrated,so they were removed from the site for independent production management,forming a pipeline prefabrication plant,that is,pipeline factory prefabrication.At present,this mode is more and more used in engineering construction,and the quality management of industrialized prefabrication of pipelines is particularly important.Taking the rapid utility project in Malaysia undertaken by e company as an example,Firstly,the research status at home and abroad is analyzed,and the quality management research literature of petrochemical engineering in recent years is combed and summarized.It is found that this kind of quality research is mostly to comprehensively analyze and solve problems from the perspective of the whole petrochemical engineering project,while there is relatively little research on a special subject.Therefore,this paper discusses the quality problem research of pipeline prefabrication plant as the research direction.Secondly,take the total quality management theory and Six Sigma quality management theory as the theoretical basis,and use 4M1 E analysis method and PDCA cycle method as the way to analyze and solve problems.Third,Combined with the practical investigation method,Collect the quality problems in the pipeline prefabrication plant of the project,use 4M1 E analysis method to analyze the causes of these problems in quality management from the five aspects of personnel,materials,mechanical equipment,methods and environment,and visually express them in the form of fishbone diagram,and then find out the key factors affecting these quality problems through analysis and sorting.Finally,according to these key factors,the countermeasures to optimize the quality control system of the pipeline prefabrication plant are put forward.Focus on optimizing the organizational structure and personnel quality control,optimizing the objective management and optimizing the operation mechanism of the quality control system,so as to realize the whole staff and whole process quality management of the pipeline prefabrication plant.At the same time,the PDCA cycle method is used to continuously improve the quality management,and finally complete the final quality goal of the pipeline prefabrication plant.The quality problems studied in this paper are basically some common problems in the industry.Therefore,it has certain reference significance and universal applicability for the quality management of industrial metal pipe factory prefabrication.In petrochemical construction projects,pipeline prefabrication is the basis of pipeline installation.Only by controlling the prefabrication quality can we better serve the onsite installation and continuously improve the overall quality of the project. |
