| Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is one of the high-tech industries with rapid development in the world,which is deeply related to the people’s health of China.In the recent years,China has been attaching great importance to the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,which has made great achievements.But in the context of COVID-19,China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is facing new challenges.At the same time,compared with the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in other developed countries,China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry still has a gap in enterprise scale,economic benefits,research and development capacity and other aspects.Therefore,in this context,how to learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries and China’s strong pharmaceutical manufacturing provinces to improve the competitiveness of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has become a problem worth paying attention to.Chinese medicine manufacturing industry as the research object of this thesis,on the basis of related theory and literature,according to the theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage theory as theoretical basis of the full text,mainly from the macro environment,the management on the present situation and the technical innovation ability three aspects to introduce the development of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing.Analyze resource conversion ability by labor productivity,profit and tax rate of output value and industrial added value rate;The innovation ability is analyzed by product sales rate,R&D personnel investment ratio,technical investment,patent application number and invention patent number.In the analysis,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and its subindustries are compared with other high-tech industries in order to comprehensively analyze the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and its sub-industries.Secondly,China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is compared with that of other countries in the world in three aspects of development environment,investment level and international competitiveness of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.At the level of development environment,three indicators of medical and health expenditure,per capita medical and health expenditure and population factor are selected for comparative analysis,and it is concluded that China’s medical and health expenditure and per capita medical and health expenditure grow rapidly but the total amount is still insufficient.The aging trend of population is good for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.At the level of investment,the investment focus and the proportion of investment are compared and analyzed,and the conclusion is that the investment level of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is not enough compared with that of developed countries.At the level of international competitiveness,from the TC index,market share,RCA index,net export contribution rate of four indicators comparative analysis,it is concluded that China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry imports more than exports,the international competitiveness is still insufficient.Then,on the basis of the above analysis,the existing problems of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry are summarized,which are the agglomeration degree of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is not high,the innovation ability is insufficient,the circulation system is not perfect and the import and export structure is not reasonable.Then,according to industry competitive advantage theory and the theory of comparative advantage,reference for other high technology industry evaluation index system established evaluation index system of China regional pharmaceutical manufacturing,in the process of 30 provinces and cities in the country of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry evaluation,then according to the various provinces and cities in all the common factor score ranking,then analyze the ranking results.Based on the ranking of all provinces and cities,the development experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in top provinces and cities was analyzed in order to provide reference for other provinces and even the whole pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China.Finally,based on the above analysis,countermeasures are put forward for the development path of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Research of this thesis use a lot of objective data,using an empirical analysis of the objective,scientific and reasonable for Chinese medicine manufacturing industry as a whole and the provincial pharmaceutical manufacturing evaluation analysis,to find out the Chinese medicine manufacturing contrast in the deficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing in the developed countries,as well as the advanced experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry developed regions. |
