Research On The Application Behavior Of Organic Fertilizers For New Type Of Agricultural Operating Entity

Chemical fertilizer plays a very important role in agricultural production.It can supplement and balance soil nutrients,increase crop yield,improve crop quality,and provide an important basis for guaranteeing grain yield in China.However,with the continuous improvement of China’s agricultural development level,agricultural non-point source pollution caused by excessive application of chemical fertilizer has become an increasingly serious problem.On this basis,reducing the application of chemical fertilizer and promoting the substitution of organic fertilizer for chemical fertilizer become an important way to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.At the same time,China vigorously encourages large-scale agricultural operations,supports the development of new agricultural entities,and promotes the transformation of traditional agriculture into modern agriculture.In this context,it is of great significance to study the organic fertilizer application behavior of new agricultural operating subjects.This will be conducive to promoting the transformation of agricultural production,developing green agriculture,reducing environmental pollution in the process of agricultural production,and improving agricultural production and rural ecological environment.On the basis of reference to domestic and foreign literature,this paper constructed a theoretical framework based on organizational behavior theory,agricultural scale operation theory and organizational operation management theory,constructed a binary Logistic model,and studied the organic fertilizer application behavior of new agricultural operation subjects in Henan Province based on comparative analysis with farmers.In order to promote the largescale agricultural producers and operators to increase their organic fertilizer application behavior.Studies factors influencing the new type of agricultural management main body behavior of organic fertilizer application organized management of age and level of education(positive),registration type(positive),planting structure stability(positive),land,capital investment(positive),the cultivated land blocks(negative),technical sources(negative),sales channels(positive).Compared with farmers,age has a significant positive effect on the organic fertilizer application behavior of new agricultural operation subjects,but has a negative but not significant effect on the organic fertilizer application behavior of farmers.Education level has a significant positive influence on both.Land stability has a significant positive impact on the new agricultural operators.Land size has a significant positive impact on farmers.The labor force structure has a positive but not significant effect on the new agricultural operating subjects;Labor input has a significant positive impact on farmers;The source of technology has a significant impact on both of them,but it has a negative impact on the new agricultural operators and a positive impact on farmers.Access to subsidies has a negative but insignificant impact on the new agricultural operating subjects,while it can have a significant positive impact on farmers.According to the analysis results,some policy suggestions were put forward to promote the organic fertilizer application behavior of new agricultural operators.To optimize the organization of industrial structure;Improve the quality of labor force within the organization;Attract capital investment;Establish and perfect land circulation mechanism;Strengthening the role of demonstration and leadership;We will make our policies more targeted.
