Research On The Adjustment And Effect Of Rejoice Management Strategy Under Public Health Crisis

The COVID-19,which started in early 2020,is a serious public health crisis and had adverse effects on both sides of supply and demand in China and the world.As a small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise with weak anti risk ability and greatly affected,how to survive the crisis has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the small manufacturing enterprise Rejoice Precision Machinery Co.,Ltd.as an example to sort out its strategic adjustment based on the changes of the enterprise’s business environment after the COVID-19,and evaluate the effect of the adjusted business strategy,so as to draw a conclusion on how the enterprise should adjust its business strategy in the event of a public health crisis.Using the theoretical basis and methods of SWOT,PEST,Normative Research Method,AHP and Expert Interview,this paper analyzes the process and objectives of its strategic adjustment,and excavates the problems existing in its performance appraisal system.Adopt the revised Balanced Scorecard and add the environmental dimension to build a new business strategy and performance appraisal system.The analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method are comprehensively used to quantify various business indicators,so as to realize the purpose of timely and truly reflecting the business status and evaluating the strategic effect of the enterprise.Then through the real business data obtained,verify the effectiveness of the enterprise’s business strategy,so as to confirm that the new strategy can help the enterprise tide over the crisis and promote the development and growth of the enterprise.Through the operation data of two years after the strategic adjustment,it can be seen that the operation of the enterprise is stable,showing a good development trend as a whole,and all performance indicators can reflect the real operation state of the enterprise,indicating that the adjusted business strategy is more suitable for the actual business environment of the enterprise and has achieved the expected goal.This study can provide reference for small and medium-sized enterprises in similar situations when making business strategy adjustment.
