Technicians are the backbone of the company.How to efficiently recruit and retain the technical personnel in line with the company’s medium and long-term development strategy,and then assign them to the positions where people do their duties to display their enthusiasm and creativity is the important significance of recruitment management.Nowadays,data has become a new factor of production.In order to survive and develop,Pharmaceutical Company A must actively participate in the tide of digital transformation.In the digital transformation,on the one hand,the demand for technical personnel recruitment has increased;On the other hand,the impact of recruitment management on technical personnel is also greater than that of others,resulting in a lower recruitment rate and a higher turnover rate.Therefore,it is worthwhile to study and discuss the recruitment management of technical personnel in the digital transformation from the theoretical and practical aspects.Base on recruitment management,this research selects the technical personnel of A Pharmaceutical Company as object,and uses literature survey,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods to study the recruitment management of technical personnel in the digital transformation.After this study,some following problems were found:Lack of dynamic management of talent pool;The digital modeling of job standards is not scientific;Weak digital application ability of recruitment management personnel;Abuse of digital assessment affects discrimination and effectiveness;There are potential safety hazards in the digital selection process;The digital selection criteria unfair;Incomplete digital recruitment and post employment evaluation.The main reasons are: The digitization of human resources planning is not good;The awareness of digital recruitment management is backward;Inadequate professional construction of digital recruitment teams;The digital design for the recruitment requirements of technical personnel is unreasonable;Poor integration of digital channels for technical personnel recruitment.Finally,the following improvement suggestions are proposed: Iterative improvement of existing talent pool;Gradually optimize the digital employment standards;Strengthen the digital ability of recruitment management personnel;Strengthen the governance of information security issues;Enhancing the discrimination and effectiveness of evaluation by Man-machine interaction;Establish unified digital selection standards;Digital upgrade of recruitment and evaluation processes.These conclusions and suggestions above provide a reference for the recruitment management practices of technical personnel in relevant companies during the digital transformation period.
