Research On The Measurement And Promotion Path Of Factor Allocation Efficiency Of Agricultural Production Cooperatives

Improving the factor allocation efficiency of agricultural production cooperatives is conducive to the development of agricultural production cooperatives,so as to promote the development of agricultural economy.At the same time,it is also an important way to achieve high-quality agricultural development.Based on the household survey data of agricultural production cooperatives in Bozhou District,Xinpu new area,Meitan County,Suiyang County,qixingguan district and Dafang County of Bijie City,Kaiyang County of Guiyang City,Huishui county and Luodian County of Qiannan Prefecture in Zunyi City,Guizhou Province,this paper selects three production factors of land input,labor cost and material cost as input variables,and uses data envelopment analysis(DEA)method,Through the calculation of the efficiency of factor allocation of 111 agricultural production cooperatives in Guizhou Province obtained from the survey sample,it is concluded that the comprehensive efficiency of factor allocation of agricultural production cooperatives is 0.226,the pure technical efficiency is 0.328 and the scale efficiency is0.672.Overall,the overall efficiency level of factor allocation of agricultural production cooperatives in Guizhou Province is low,and the factor allocation efficiency of agricultural production cooperatives needs to be optimized.Further calculate the redundancy of cooperative factor investment,and obtain the loss value of agricultural production factor allocation efficiency.Finally,through Tobit model,analyze the influencing factors of agricultural production cooperative factor allocation efficiency,and draw the results: financial capital investment,principal cooperative operation experience,professional management personnel,professional technical support,regional public brand and cooperative allocation efficiency are positively correlated,cooperative scale The total assets are not related to the allocation of cooperatives.According to the above empirical results,this paper puts forward the ways to improve the factor allocation efficiency of agricultural production cooperatives: first,improve the technical efficiency:(1)move the cooperative to the projection point on the production front;(2)Adjust the input redundancy of cooperatives.Second,The comprehensive efficiency improvement of cooperatives with different scale efficiency:(1)for high scale efficiency cooperatives.Only improve its technical efficiency;(2)For low scale efficiency cooperatives.At the same time,improve its scale efficiency and technical efficiency.Third,Specific ways to improve the allocation efficiency:(1)gradually cultivate and improve the market system of cooperative production factors;(2)Strengthen the support of financial funds;(3)Strengthen the capacity-building of innovation,popularization and transformation of agricultural technology;(4)Improve the operation and management quality of the principals of cooperatives;(5)Build regional public brands and broaden sales channels.
