| With the arrival of VUCA(Volatility、Uncertainty、Complexity、Ambiguity)economic market environment,the global economic market ushered in a new situation and development.SMEs as an important pillar supporting China’s national economy,play an important role in promoting economic development.SMEs in the "post-epidemic era" have gradually recovered from the impact of the epidemic,while some have suffered a severe decline in their performance.Enterprise performance is the core of operation and management,and organizational behavior is the key factor affecting enterprise performance.Organizational resilience,as an important ability for SMEs to cope with and adapt to crises,can help them turn the crisis into a safe one,resume work and production in the shortest time and return to normal operation in an orderly manner.Although organizational resilience has attracted a large number of experts in the field of organization,it is still in the development stage,and the mechanism of the interaction between organizational resilience and enterprise performance is not clear,especially in the research on organizational resilience of SMEs,the theoretical framework and empirical research are a little insufficient.Therefore,based on the analysis of organizational resilience of SMEs,this paper discusses the impact mechanism of organizational resilience on enterprise performance,and tries to discover the driving factors that promote organizational resilience.Based on the resource conservation theory,this paper selects three variables of organizational leadership,organizational learning and organizational culture from the perspective of resource conservation.Based on the dynamic capability theory,organizational resilience is divided into two dimensions of proactive and reactive,thus forming a research model of the driving factors of organizational resilience of SMEs and its impact on enterprise performance.Secondly,the data of organizational resilience,antecedents and performance of SMEs were collected by questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed by partial least squares structural equation model(PLS-SEM).The results show that organizational resilience can significantly promote enterprise performance.For the identified driving factors of organizational resilience,protective resources such as organizational leadership,learning,and culture,as well as proactive organizational resilience and reactive organizational resilience,have significant positive effects.Organizational learning has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between organizational leadership and proactive organizational resilience,but has no mediating effect on organizational leadership and reactive organizational resilience.Meanwhile,organizational learning partially mediates organizational culture and organizational proactive resilience and reactive resilience.This study provides new ideas for the development of SMEs management and organizational resilience theory,and also provides theoretical and practical guidance for the sustainable development of SMEs. |
