| The proposal of the national “One Belt,One Road” initiative has clarified the new trend of my country’s economic development from the policy level,which has also clarified a new direction for many domestic enterprises.Accelerating transformation and upgrading under the "new normal" of economic development and going abroad to explore broader overseas markets will be the future development direction of domestic enterprises.Among these enterprises that have gone out,Enterprise G is not far behind and follows many large state-owned construction enterprises into the construction of foreign aid projects.During the construction of foreign aid projects,the shortage of engineering management talents in G company has become a major obstacle to G company’s overseas market expansion.Therefore,how to improve its own hematopoietic function and cultivate engineering managers who meet the requirements of foreign aid projects has become an urgent problem for G enterprises to solve.This paper first describes the background and current situation of foreign aid projects,and lays a foundation for the research through the analysis of domestic and foreign research results;then,this paper sorts out and expounds the concepts and theoretical foundations related to the training of foreign aid project managers,to provide theoretical support for the optimization of the training program;secondly,through the investigation of the current situation of the training of the project management personnel of the foreign aid project of G company,this paper finds that the main problems are the lack of a scientific training system,the lack of in-depth investigation of training needs,the low comprehensive level of the training team,Outdated training methods and inadequate evaluation of training effects,the main reasons for the above problems include insufficient emphasis on training work,insufficient business capabilities of the human resources department,unreasonable allocation of training resources,low innovation in training models,and training evaluation frameworks On this basis,combined with the competency model,this paper proposes to build a training system for foreign aid project project managers,improve training needs investigation methods,enhance the comprehensive strength of training teams,innovate training methods and methods,and carry out training effect evaluation and feedback.etc.,provides an effective solution for G enterprise.At the same time,this paper proposes safeguard measures from four dimensions: obtaining managerial participation and support,optimizing training management resource allocation,improving training reward and punishment measures,and building training management culture.The analysis of this paper can not only improve the training work of G enterprises,but also provide reference for similar enterprises to help them discover the problems existing in the current training system and solve them,and finally solve the problem of the shortage of engineering management personnel for the smooth implementation of foreign aid construction projects. |
