| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the domestic real estate industry has developed rapidly,which has driven the development of the furniture industry,which in turn has led to the expansion of the demand for furniture products,forming the distinctive features of high product personalization and life cycle period.The original market structure has changed from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market.In this environment,it is emphasized that sellers should quickly meet customer needs as soon as possible,while most furniture companies face a variety of product types because of their unchanging business processes,often resulting in delayed delivery,and delayed delivery directly damages Manufacturer’s interests and credibility.The research object of this thesis is an OEM enterprise,S Company.In view of the problems existing in the company’s daily operation business process,it is of great significance to the future development of the company to use the idea of business process reengineering to reengineer it.This thesis takes business process reengineering as the core theoretical idea,reengineering the key business process of the target enterprise,and forms the business process reengineering of the enterprise in the form of the fundamental idea of the business process as the center and informationization as the auxiliary form,and strives to make the fundamental idea of the process reengineering better.Comprehensive and effective implementation.And for each subdivision link,according to the characteristics of each link,theories such as information technology software,lean production thinking,rapid procurement methods and other theories are used for reconstruction.In the process of problem analysis,analysis methods such as data analysis method and 5W1 H analysis method are adopted to analyze the existing business process of S company,solve relevant problems in the business process with scientific methods,and carry out business process reengineering plan for S company.design.Specifically,it includes the R&D process,the production process,and the procurement process.At the same time,it expounded the safeguard measures in the process of business process reengineering of S company,and carried out specific implementation through vertical control,clear data,clear rewards and punishments,etc.,to supervise and control the results after the reengineering.Finally,by comparing the existing data and the past data,it is proved that the business process reengineering carried out in this thesis has a positive effect on the actual production and operation process of S company.It is hoped that the reengineering scheme proposed in this thesis can improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise,solve the problem of untimely supply of S company,shorten the delivery cycle,improve the on-time delivery of the enterprise,ensure customer satisfaction,and obtain more orders,thereby creating more profits.At the same time of the three-business process reengineering in this thesis,the related supporting business processes will also be adjusted accordingly to cooperate with the reengineering of key business processes.This condition provides direction for S company’s next continuous improvement.This thesis implements the whole process of business process reengineering for small and medium-sized furniture enterprises in China,prompting enterprises to improve the long-term legacy problems,improve the operational efficiency of business processes within the enterprise,and achieve a healthy and sustainable enterprise operation model.It provides a reference for the business process reengineering of small and medium-sized furniture factories in China. |
