In recent years,local retail enterprises are surging in China’s retail market,and the competition in the domestic retail consumer product supply market is becoming increasingly fierce The comprehensive quality of employees and other factors directly affect the service quality of employees and enterprise performance.At present,the domestic labor market presents a contradiction of large demand for labor but insufficient labor,some companies are difficult to recruit and employees are easy to lose,effective motivation for employees is the focus of human resource management and continuous improvement.This paper takes XDL supermarket as the research object,In view of the outstanding problems existing in the management of XDL supermarket,this paper deeply analyzes the causes,and puts forward practical solutions and Countermeasures in combination with the actual situation of XDL supermarket and the advanced management practice experience of other branches and peers,so as to improve the employee incentive effect of XDL supermarket.The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for the improvement of XDL’s human resource management and employee motivation through the research on employee motivation in XDL supermarket,and to provide reference for other peers to formulate long-term development human resource management strategies.
