Study On Incentive Mechanism Of Civil Servants In The National Taxation System

The study on the incentive mechanism of civil servants,not only to the national taxation department itself has a positive effect on the management practice of civil servants,and is also an important perfection and supplement to its management system.This paper focuses on the research of the civil service system of Yingtan city tax incentive status through the analysis, the existing problems in the incentive mechanism, the deep-seated causes of problems of mining, in order to improve the incentive mechanism of the tax department of grass-roots civil servants, for the related management reference.This paper first introduces the background and significance, research status at home and abroad and the overall research ideas. And then a brief introduction to the Yingtan city national tax system and the current situation of the incentive system, the use of interviews on workers of Yingtan City National Tax System of the demand factors were sorting and classification; using the method of questionnaire survey, the different categories of personnel needs to carry on the quantification and analysis of its causes, puts forward some corresponding solutions the performance appraisal system, the Yingtan tax system is designed and perfected.The innovation of this paper lies in:two in the IRS tax system of city, county of Yingtan city in the civil service incentive mechanism status as a case study, to provide first-hand information, in-depth analysis on the research status quo and existing problems, and on this basis, put forward to perfect the tax system and incentive mechanism; deep analysis of demand characteristics at the grassroots level the tax department of civil servants on the basis of the questionnaire survey, explored the personal self-improvement and development needs, to explore the countermeasures to realize the incentive mechanism of grass-roots tax department of civil servants through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.
