In the market economy environment,the performance efficiency of government departments has also become a key indicator for the government to serve social and economic development.For the government departments,whether the efficiency of the function performance can be promoted and whether the masses are satisfied with the government service is related to the enthusiasm and innovation of the work of the government staff.As a social security department,the level of human resource management of the A Social Security Bureau directly affects the overall service efficiency and public image of the Department.To improve the level of the human resource management of the A Social Security Bureau,the staff should be encouraged to arouse the enthusiasm and innovation of the staff.The service level of staff is improved and the satisfaction of the masses is improved.Based on the current situation of the staff incentive of the A Social Security Bureau,this paper discusses the problems and causes of the incentive policy of the staff of the A Social Security Bureau by means of literature analysis,case analysis and qualitative analysis,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems,and the current measures have been optimized.Through the study of this article,we know:first,the salary and welfare system of the civil service of the A social security bureau is basically composed of two parts of salary and welfare,and a few other forms of reward appear.The main problems of the staff incentive policy of A Social Security Bureau include:low level of material incentive,lack of spiritual incentive,lack of scientific basis for the implementation of incentive measures and insufficient incentive measures for civil service development.The reasons for the above problems lie in the following reasons:the imperfect incentive system of civil servants,the failure of the rewards and punishment incentives,the imperfect management system of civil servants' performance assessment and the lack of awareness of the importance of the career development incentive for civil servants.Secondly,the overall idea of improving the staff incentive policy of the A social security bureau is to take full consideration of the applicability and flexibility of the incentive management system from a systematic point of view,so as to play a real role in performance incentive.The principles of improvement include the following:the principle of people-oriented,the principle of cost,the principle of reward and punishment,and the compatibility principle of various incentives.Thirdly,in view of the main problems existing in the staff incentive policy of the A Social Security Bureau,this paper puts forward the improvement of material incentives,the strengthening of spiritual incentives,the combination of material incentives and spiritual incentives,the improvement of the performance appraisal system based on the assessment and the improvement of the professional development incentive system of the public servants.Improve and perfect,and constantly improve career development planning,targeted proposals.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole research and expounds the optimization plan again...
