In the economic era of "Internet plus",high-tech enterprises mainly rely on their innovation ability to gain competitive advantages in the fierce market competition,the enterprise innovation ability is the result of the integration of individual innovation ability of each employee.Therefore,enterprises should take effective measures to enhance the innovation ability of employees,especially knowledge employees.The strength of their innovation ability is related to the development effect of new products and new technologies.From a certain point of view,individual innovation ability actually refers to an individual’s ability to use differentiated ways to learn and content knowledge,generate innovative ideas and put them into practice.Knowledge sharing is the main way to obtain knowledge,individual and enterprise can through the way of knowledge management to promote knowledge sharing,promote the improvement of enterprise knowledge sharing level,and provide assistance for enterprises to reach a higher stage of development,so as to improve the knowledge staff’s innovation ability and innovation ability of enterprise,make enterprise to obtain and maintain competitive advantage.This paper takes the knowledge management of the financial sharing center of C Company,a multinational bank,as an example.First of all,a preliminary understanding of enterprise knowledge management is formed by sorting out and consulting a large number of literature and combining relevant theoretical studies at home and abroad.Secondly,to survey,interview,C company employees to the enterprise management,some face-to-face verification,interview,in-depth understanding of C company financial sharing center knowledge management present situation,found that exists in the knowledge management departments in aspects of the situation and facing problems of knowledge management,based on the research results of previous scholars and aiming at the personality characteristics of the problem,this paper formulates targeted and operable countermeasures,mainly including three aspects.First,based on the specific work content,build a matching knowledge classification system,quality management system and maintenance system,so as to pave the way for the smooth progress of knowledge management and sharing;Second,build a system dedicated to knowledge management and sharing based on Microsoft 2016 to ensure that knowledge management and sharing can achieve the expected objectives through process optimization and adjustment;Third,strengthen the construction of knowledge sharing culture,build an evaluation index system based on the individual characteristics and needs of knowledge sharing,and implement rewards and punishments according to the sharing effect,so as to promote the improvement of knowledge management level.This paper is based on the practice of knowledge management of financial sharing center of C Company,combined with theoretical literature research,hoping to provide some references and useful reference for knowledge management of financial sharing industry.
