| Both made in China 2025 and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have made it clear that we should promote the building of a modern manufacturing power and accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing.As the pillar industry of the manufacturing industry,the equipment manufacturing industry’s share in the manufacturing industry has a direct impact on the country’s comprehensive strength.During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,China’s industrial added value increased from 23.5 trillion yuan to 31.3 trillion yuan,of which the entire machinery industry maintained a high growth rate of 7%-10%,and the industrial structure was on the rise.However,in general,we still have a certain gap from the manufacturing powerhouse,and there are many problems in quality in particular.In the severe market competition,how the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry can get rid of the inherent rigid quality management mode and find a quality management method that conforms to its own development status and product characteristics has become the key to machinery manufacturing enterprises to improve their productivity and competitiveness.By using Company B located in Baotou City as the carrier,the company has a relatively mature quality management and control system in terms of quality management.However,with the continuous expansion of scale and the emergence of a large number of excellent production management models,the original production The quality management model is gradually failing,and companies should think about how to improve their competitiveness through internal quality management systems.Analyzed the background of company B and the status quo and existing problems of the quality management of the M workshop of company B,and then selected three key quality problems of company M in the M workshop to conduct research,using the method of PDCA cycle improvement and data analysis and comparison to verify the improvement effect.Finally,the PDCA cycle improvement results are guaranteed to escort the continuous improvement of quality.Through research,it is found that the implementation of PDCA cycle system is a key step taken by enterprise B in the process of improving the quality management system.By implementing PDCA quality management method and controlling the application of several typical problems in the production process,it can be concluded that PDCA cycle method has effectively improved the on-site quality management level of M workshop of company B,and has a good guiding role for the actual production practice.This article first elaborates and summarizes the quality management theory and domestic and foreign literature knowledge,and then based on the theory and structure of the quality management system,through the investigation and analysis of the quality management status of the B machinery manufacturing enterprise,the reasons for the problems in the quality management process Analyze and confirm the factors,check the effects and consolidate measures,and provide guidance and planning on quality management for the M workshop of B company.Prove the deep influence relationship and influence mechanism of human,machine,material,method,environment and other elements in mechanical manufacturing on quality management,provide a theoretical template for the follow-up quality control process of B company,and optimize the follow-up quality management process,avoid quality risks,and improve the workshop Quality management has certain theoretical significance.In the end,a series of optimization methods such as quality control have played an important role for the company to improve product quality,optimize production resource allocation,and improve enterprise overall quality management and energy saving.At the same time,it also provides an idea for quality management in related domestic industries. |
