SX Construction Group Mohmand Project Research On The Improvement Of Labor Localization Management

SX Construction Engineering Group,as a leading enterprise in the construction industry in Shaanxi Province and a listed group of 100 billion yuan,actively responds to the national "going out" development strategy.Has accumulated rich experience in project management.In 2020,with the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia,the world has undergone tremendous changes unseen in a century,and the management of overseas projects,especially the localized management of labor services,is facing new crises and challenges.As an international project under construction by SX Construction Engineering Group,the Pakistan Mohmand Hydropower Station project has important strategic significance to SX Construction Engineering Group.The research on the localization management of labor services in this project can not only provide guidance for the efficient implementation of the project,but also provide similar overseas projects.Provide reference for the localized management of project labor services.This paper analyzes the progress status of the Mohmand project of SX Construction Engineering Group through research methods such as interview method,inductive summary method,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and comparative analysis method.,The management personnel’s work efficiency is not high,and the persistent existence of these situations has not been effectively solved,which has seriously affected the project construction progress,increased the project construction cost,and reduced the project’s economic benefits.Based on this actual situation,it is clear that there are problems in the localization management of labor services in this project,and through a questionnaire survey to investigate the problems existing in the localization management of labor services in the Mohmand project.The main problems are that the project labor service localization management system is not perfect and the management process is too complicated.The management personnel’s knowledge structure is not perfect,the decision-making ability of the management personnel is insufficient,and the management experience is insufficient.The important problems exist in the project localization management.This paper further proposes that the Mohmand project of SX Construction Engineering Group can deal with the problems existing in the localized management of labor services by improving the labor service localization management system,optimizing the management personnel dispatch approval process,and improving the management ability of management personnel,and further proposes countermeasures.The research of this paper can provide guidance for the implementation of the internationalization strategy of SX Construction Engineering Group,and can provide reference for the research and implementation of labor localization management of overseas construction projects of the same type of domestic construction enterprises.
