In recent years,China has implemented supply-side reform policies,adjusted and optimized the economic development structure,changed the traditional economic model,and explored new ideas for economic development.The reform method is to reduce excess capacity and optimize industrial structure,factor structure,income structure,etc.The industrial structure is the key direction of reform.At the same time,China adheres to the implementation of the innovation-driven strategy,and technological innovation has gradually become a major factor in promoting economic development,and its role in industrial restructuring has become increasingly prominent.China’s eastern region has the strongest comprehensive economic development,and is dominated by the tertiary industry.The scientific and technological talents are highly intensive,and technological innovation plays an important role in upgrading the industrial structure.Explore the relationship between technological innovation and industrial structure in the eastern region,and seek a new path for economic development.The purpose is to promote the coordinated development of industrial structure and technological innovation,change the economic structure,and enhance economic quality.This paper determines the research ideas of the article after combing the technical innovation and industrial structure reference literature: constructing the theoretical basis of the article,including summarizing the technical innovation and industrial structure theory,combing the reference literature;analyzing the realistic characteristics of the research object;further explaining the technological innovation in theory The impact path of industrial structure upgrading;constructing an econometric model that affects the upgrading of industrial structure by technological innovation,empirically testing the impact of technological innovation on the upgrading of industrial structure;finally,based on the analysis conclusion of the article,proposes to promote the upgrading of industrial structure.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the background of the problem research,and summarizes the basic content,the overall framework,the main methods,and the innovations and deficiencies of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading.It systematically analyzes the basic connotation and research methods of technical innovation and industrial structure upgraders,and lays a foundation for subsequent mechanism research and empirical analysis.The third chapter analyzes the status quo and characteristics of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading.This part analyzes the technological innovation ability from three aspects: technological innovation environment,technological innovation input and technological innovation output.First,the graduates,patents,and contract amount are used.The indicators briefly analyze the technological innovation capability,then establish a technical innovation index system,measure the technological innovation capability of the eastern region,and combine the analysis results of the single indicators to comprehensively analyze the technological innovation capability of the eastern region;analyze the status of the industrial structure in the eastern region,and take the tertiary industry as the leading factor.In the advanced stage of industrialization,the future industrial structure upgrading direction is service industry and technology-intensive industry.The fourth chapter is the mechanism of technological innovation affecting the upgrading of industrial structure.Based on the analysis of the current situation in the previous chapter,this part believes that technological innovation can affect the industrial structure from the perspective of expanding market size and promoting consumption upgrading;improving production efficiency and matching factors;promoting the development of emerging industries and changing production structure.The fifth chapter is empirical analysis.Based on the theory of the previous chapter,construct an econometric model of technological innovation that affects the upgrading of industrial structure.The constructed technological innovation system is used as an indicator to measure the technological innovation capability of the eastern region.The Tyre index is measured and the industrial structure hierarchy coefficient is used as the rationalization and advanced index of the industrial structure in the eastern region.The least square method is used to compare the interprovincial panels of the eastern region in 2006-2017.Data,constructing an econometric model of the impact of technological innovation on the advanced and rationalized industrial structure,and conducting an empirical analysis,the following analysis results: technological innovation can significantly promote the industrial structure upgrade in the eastern region and evolve toward higher and rationalization.The sixth chapter is the countermeasures.
