In recent years,especially since the outbreak of the COVID-19,aviation logistics has gradually shown an important strategic role and huge market potential.However,since the opening of Jieyang Chaoshan Airport,the development of aviation logistics has been slow and has not yet formed scale advantages and radiation effects.How to formulate appropriate development strategies to speed up the high-quality development of aviation logistics has become an urgent task for Jieyang Chaoshan Airport.Based on the data obtained from literature search,character interview and questionnaire survey,based on the current situation of the development of aviation logistics in Jieyang Chaoshan Airport,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the external environment of the development of aviation logistics in Jieyang Chaoshan Airport by comprehensively using pest,Porter’s five forces model and other strategic analysis tools,and identifies six opportunities and six threats;from the two dimensions of enterprise resources and capabilities,this paper systematically analyzes the internal environment of developing aviation logistics in Jieyang Chaoshan Airport,and identifies six advantages and six disadvantages;the combination of analytic hierarchy process and SWOT quantitative analysis is used to quantitatively analyze the identified strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,calculate the azimuth of strategic type and the strength of strategic coefficient,and then determine that Jieyang Chaoshan Airport should choose the aggressive development strategy,i.e.Wo development strategy,and take pioneering safeguard measures to develop aviation logistics.On this basis,it puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions of "improving basic support,enriching air cargo sources,strengthening coordination and cooperation,striving for government support",as well as 12 corresponding specific measures,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy,and provide some reference suggestions for Jieyang Chaoshan Airport to realize the coordinated development of passengers and cargo and gradually build it into an aviation logistics hub in eastern Guangdong. |
