Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Xinyi City

Poverty is one of the world’s difficult problems.To eliminate poverty in an all-round way and realize common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and the mission of the Communist Party of China.Since the reform and opening up,the Chinese people have reduced more than 700 million people in poverty,making remarkable achievements in poverty reduction.However,targeted poverty alleviation has reached the stage of "eating the hard bone".In particular,we need to win the hard battle of poverty alleviation.To ensure that the poverty-stricken population in Xinyi will be lifted out of poverty comprehensively by 2020 under the current standards of our country,we need not only to continue to do a good job in poverty reduction,but also pay attention to the problem of poverty alleviation.In this context,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of targeted poverty alleviation in Xinyi City,and explores the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper mainly takes the targeted poverty alleviation work in Xinyi City as an example,drawing on the research results of poverty,anti-poverty and targeted poverty alleviation at home and abroad as well as the advanced poverty alleviation work experience at home and abroad,and through investigation,in-depth interviews and other methods,summarizes the poverty situation,the practice and achievements of targeted poverty alleviation in Xinyi City,the situation of poverty-stricken households with registered cards and marginal poverty-stricken households without registered cards,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the targeted poverty alleviation in Xinyi City from the perspective of the target,the main body and the industry.The main problems are the lack of endogenous power of the poverty alleviation population,the deviation of the awareness of the poverty alleviation cadres,the weak poverty alleviation ability of the poverty alleviation industry,and the poor ability of the poverty alleviation households to resist risks.It analyzes the problems in depth and finds out the work system of the psychological poverty alleviation for the poor people whose main body consciousness is not stimulated to be improved,the foundation of poverty alleviation industry development is weak,and the policy system of poverty prevention and return is not perfect.By summarizing and analyzing the advanced experience of targeted poverty alleviation at home and abroad,summarizing the experience and combining with relevant theories,aiming at the problems existing in targeted poverty alleviation in Xinyi City,this paper proposes to build a multi-level governance system,improve the working mechanism of poverty prevention,introduce social psychological poverty alleviation,help the intelligence to help the sustainable poverty alleviation,expand the characteristic poverty alleviation industry,build a win-win cooperation,stimulate poverty alleviation In order to help Xinyi consolidate the effect of poverty alleviation,we should improve the initiative of the main body,enhance the ability of self-improvement,improve the public welfare security system,and strengthen the security line of poverty alleviation.
