| With the development of science and technology,patent-intensive industries characterized by strong innovation vitality and high R&D willingness have grown rapidly due to their advantages such as high growth and high output value contribution rate.Vigorously developing patent-intensive industries has become an important means to enhance national innovation capabilities and the quality of economic development,and under the premise of further implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,patent-intensive industries have also achieved relatively fruitful results,contributing to my country’s economic development and realisation.Contribute to the goal of knowledge power.But at the same time,the innovation efficiency of my country’s patent-intensive industries is still at a low level,which hinders the healthy development of my country’s patent-intensive industries.Therefore,this paper studies how to improve the innovation efficiency of my country’s patent-intensive industries is of great significance.In addition,previous researches on innovation efficiency of patent-intensive industries mostly regard their innovation activities as a process of input-output analysis,which is not conducive to identifying the key stages that affect the improvement of innovation efficiency.The innovation activities of patent-intensive industries are decomposed by stages,in order to identify weak stages,which will provide an important starting point for improving the innovation efficiency of patent-intensive industries.First of all,this paper defines the basic concepts of innovation value chain and innovation efficiency of patent-intensive industries,and sorts out the development context of industrial innovation theory and innovation value chain theory.Secondly,from the perspective of innovation value chain,this paper decomposes the innovation activities of patent-intensive industries into three stages,namely knowledge creation stage,technology transformation stage and market realization stage,and makes theoretical analysis on them respectively.Thirdly,based on the results of theoretical analysis of innovation activities in patent-intensive industries and considering the availability of data,this paper constructs a three-stage innovation efficiency evaluation index system for patent-intensive industries.The innovation efficiency level of each sub-industry in each stage of the patent-intensive industry is measured from the perspective of the dynamic and the dynamic perspective,and the evaluation results of innovation efficiency are further analyzed.Afterwards,it sorts out the influencing factors of innovation efficiency from both internal and external aspects of patent-intensive industries,and constructs a Tobit panel model of influencing factors of innovation efficiency to empirically analyze the magnitude and direction of the influencing factors of innovation efficiency in patent-intensive industries at various stages.Finally,from the perspective of innovation value chain,countermeasures and suggestions to promote the innovation efficiency of patent-intensive industries are put forward in stages. |
