| With the accelerating pace of global economic and technological development,increasingly fierce market competition,constantly changing demand,technological changes emerge in endlessly,enterprises to better adapt to the constantly developing market environment,they need to deal with more pressure,how to improve the efficiency and quality of supply is related to the survival of every enterprise.As a new production organization management mode,supply chain management aims to pursue the maximum efficiency and economy of the whole supply chain system,so that the total cost of the whole system can be minimized,that is,the overall performance of the whole system can be optimized.In the implementation of supply chain management,supplier selection and evaluation is a very critical link.Many enterprises fail to reach a long-term and effective cooperation mode with their suppliers,among which the wrong selection or mismatch of suppliers and the wrong management methods of suppliers are the main factors causing the failure of cooperation.In the current market environment,the continuous development of change of the traditional supplier evaluation system has a good applicability,no longer if the enterprise does not pay attention to its supplier evaluation,enterprise managers in the face of many choices when they are bound to face problems,so,about to supplier selection and evaluation of further in-depth study is very necessary.VJT has been developing and manufacturing X-ray related products for more than 30 years,is a brand advantage,geographical advantages,and rich customer resources of the enterprise.At present,VJT has a total of 186 qualified suppliers.In supplier selection,supplier selection procedure is empty in form,execution force is insufficient,evaluation content is simple and extensive.Meanwhile,only some key suppliers are evaluated,and the evaluation indexes are the same as those of newly built suppliers,which is not scientific enough.In addition,the complicated relationship between suppliers and the top management of enterprises inevitably leads to the difficulty of supplier management,and then affects the benefits of enterprises.Supplier selection and evaluation,as an important part of supplier management,is a strong guarantee to maintain the steady development of enterprises.At this point,enterprises need to have scientific and perfect supplier selection and evaluation procedures.This thesis combines the actual situation of VJT company’s current supplier selection and evaluation,excavates the existing problems,and analyzes the causes.The supplier selection and evaluation index of VJT Company was determined through the results of the questionnaire,and the corresponding weight was calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process,so as to optimize the supplier selection and evaluation.Finally,through the implementation and performance analysis of the optimization scheme,the effectiveness of the optimization scheme is verified,which can significantly improve the supplier management level of VJT company.To ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme in VJT company,we also set up a review team and carry out regular training activities.In addition,enterprises should make changes and adjustments to unreasonable indicators or weights based on their own development and market changes,to maximize the efficiency of supplier selection and evaluation.In this thesis,the supplier management of VJT company is studied and analyzed,and the optimization scheme is proposed to provide theoretical basis for scientific selection and evaluation of suppliers,improve their supplier management,to gain advantages in the fierce market competition environment,and improve the economic and social benefits of the enterprise.At the same time,it can provide reference for supplier selection and evaluation of similar enterprises. |
