| The development of artificial intelligence technology accelerates the application of intelligent accounting in enterprises,but in the era of weak artificial intelligence,intelligent accounting can not reach the mental state of human beings,and its shortcomings in dealing with ethics,emotion and other aspects make it unable to become the moral subject in decisionmaking.The business decisions of enterprises contain a lot of structured information that intelligent accounting can help deal with,but also a lot of unstructured information that it cannot deal with.Therefore,it is difficult for intelligent accounting to replace human to make business decisions temporarily."human" is always within or above the closed loop of humanmachine system,playing an important role.Given the current intelligent accounting for corporate finance decision-making of ethics of the insufficiency of the unstructured information processing,this study weak artificial intelligence era as the background,through the simulation experiment method,explore the manmachine collaboration under different personality traits of team of ethical issues involved in investment decisions made by ethical considerations,and verify the mediating role of team ethic atmosphere.The results show that:(1)the agreeableness and neuroticism of the five team personalities are significantly negatively correlated with the utilitarian investment intention;(2)There is a significant negative correlation between team caring ethical climate and utilitarian investment intention,and a significant positive correlation between team self-interest ethical climate and utilitarian investment intention;(3)The ethical atmosphere of team care plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between neuroticism and agreeableness and utilitarian investment intention.This study shows that building teams with different personality traits plays an important role in making up for ethical problems that intelligent accounting cannot deal with.This study provides reference for the development of intelligent systems and the construction of decisionmaking teams under human-machine collaboration. |
