With the transformation of China’s economic structure,China has gradually transformed from a traditional labor-intensive country to a smart manufacturing industrial power.After experiencing the budding,vigorous development and transformation pains,real estate has also experienced a cold winter,gradually stabilized,and is ushering in a new round of development window period.The real estate agency industry,as an extension industry closely related to real estate development,its development and maturity not only witness the rise and fall of China’s real estate industry,but also need to seek strategic transformation and profit growth under the new situation.This transformation is inseparable from the internal structure of the enterprise organization,so that it has the power to match the strategic development.As an old real estate agent company,E-House Enterprise Group has gradually implemented a diversified development strategy since 2020,and restructured and adjusted its original organizational structure to adapt to the strategic transformation.However,since 2021,with the real estate industry entering a cold winter,the group’s resource support is insufficient,and the market situation is accelerating to deteriorate.The contradiction between the adjusted organizational structure and the diversified development strategy is gradually prominent.It is particularly urgent to optimize the existing organizational structure of the E-home group Yangzhou Company.This paper adopts the research method of combining literature theory and practical cases.First,it summarizes the research status and relevant theoretical support of the organizational structure,which provides theoretical support for the subsequent proposal of the organizational structure optimization plan of the E-House enterprise group Yangzhou Company.Secondly,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the existing organizational structure of Yiju Group Yangzhou Company.Through interviews,questionnaires and other forms,it finds out the reasons for the mismatch between the organizational structure and the development strategy,puts forward the optimization design plan and adjustment ideas,and adjusts the original linear function model to the business department-matrix system combination model that is more suitable for enterprise development.Thirdly,it points out the guarantee that should be provided in the implementation of the scheme of organizational structure optimization.Finally,on the basis of summing up the contents,this paper makes deficiencies and prospects for further research.On the whole,this paper not only summarizes the power and responsibility matching of the functional departments of Yangzhou Company,an E-House enterprise group,and optimizes the organizational structure of the company,but also provides a typical case and reference value for other real estate agency companies in this aspect of decision-making,which has certain theoretical significance.
