| Relying on the advantages of land dividend and demographic dividend,the real estate industry has developed rapidly.Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus,the national policies of "no speculation in housing and housing" and "three red lines" have been implemented.In the fierce market competition environment,enterprises must have strong adaptability and be able to effectively integrate internal and external resources.Organizational structure is the basis for the existence of enterprises.Organizational structure should be optimized according to the external environment of enterprises and the changes of strategic objectives of enterprises,and a matching organizational structure pattern should be established to help enterprises improve operation efficiency and build enterprises with core competitiveness.At present,how to choose an appropriate organizational structure in the post-epidemic era,so as to seek benefits from management and improve the core competitiveness of real estate enterprises has become a difficult problem faced by major real estate companies.Based on contingency theory and organizational reengineering theory,this paper selects BGY,a high-quality real estate company,analyzes the existing problems in its organizational structure and their causes,chooses targeted management measures,and builds an organizational structure optimization strategy suitable for BGY company.The study found:(1)Problems in organizational structure of BGY Company include: mismatch between organizational structure and corporate strategy,unreasonable management levels and ranges,cross-dislocation of department functions,and low efficiency of overall operation and process management.(2)Suggestions on organizational structure optimization of BGY Company are as follows: 1)Optimize organizational structure and make it match with organizational strategy;2)Adjust the management level and scope,ensure the same rights and responsibilities,and stimulate the vitality of employees;3)Sorting out and optimizing the functions and positions of the department,and solving the problem of function dislocation;4)Optimize key operation and management processes to improve management efficiency.(3)In order to ensure the smooth promotion of organizational structure optimization,the following safeguards shall be taken: In terms of institutional safeguards,including providing a powerful management system and establishing a fair and reasonable post transfer system;Human resources security,including internal selection,external introduction of outstanding talents and perfect internal training system;In terms of corporate culture,it includes building the company’s unique corporate culture and establishing the mutual trust relationship within the company;Technical support,including big data information system construction. |
