With the deep integration of our country’s digital economy and service economy,the food delivery plays an increasingly important role in People’s Daily life.The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed people’s lifestyles,bringing a revolution to the food delivery industry.The food delivery services,including catering,medicine and fresh food,have played a significant role in ensuring basic livelihood during the epidemic prevention and control period.However,due to various reasons,there is still a considerable gap between the corporate social responsibility undertaken by the current food delivery platform and the general expectation of the society.In view of this,based on the perspective of corporate social responsibility,this paper selects M platform as the research object,takes food delivery performance evaluation,influencing factor analysis and coping strategy design as the main line of research,and comprehensively uses literature analysis,brainstorming,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,interview,grey correlation analysis and other research methods to carry out research work.By analyzing the food delivery mode and process of M food delivery platform,the connotation of its corporate social responsibility is defined.Combined with literature analysis and brainstorming method,a performance evaluation index system was established,including 6 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators.The expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine indicators’ weight.On this basis,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to rank the dimensions and get a results: delivery efficiency,delivery quality,delivery safety,epidemic prevention and control were rated as very good,environmental protection was rated as good,and public transport order was rated as average.Then,taking the deliveryman as the interview object,using literature analysis and interview method to establish the influencing factors of public transport safety,using grey relational analysis method to rank the influencing factors: platform company’s path planning,consumers’ food picking time,traffic department’s supervision,merchants’ food delivery speed,platform’s management system,road environment.Finally,the optimization strategy is designed from two aspects of optimizing food delivery mechanism and strengthening supervision and management.It is hoped that the conclusions of this paper can provide theoretical and methodological support for promoting M platform to meet social expectations,assume greater corporate social responsibility,and promote greater development of enterprises with a good corporate image.At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference for the development of similar domestic enterprises.
