Abstract/Summary:
With the influx of foreign commercial banks and the joint-stock commercial banks and city commercial banks to improve the operation mode of the flexible and efficient,state-owned commercial banks is facing increasingly fierce competition,only if the operation efficiency,risk control and human resource management to speed up to improve themselves,state-owned commercial banks to maintain competitive advantage.In terms of human resource management,the solution of the problem of performance appraisal will effectively promote state-owned commercial banks to strengthen risk management,strengthen internal control and improve human resource management level,so as to achieve healthy,steady and sustainable development.The bank outlets at the grass-roots level,as the most basic cells,the commercial banks operating its competition ability strong or weak decides the commercial banks to the overall competitive power,strengthening the construction of the employees of bank outlets and continuously improve the employees of bank outlets performance appraisal system,completes the performance appraisal "the last kilometer" fall to the ground,to fully mobilize enthusiasm and initiative of employees,to ensure that the operating indicators,performance measurement,performance distribution landing landing.In this article,in order to the employees of bank outlets in Shenyang branch of Bank I as the research object,using the related theory and method of performance appraisal,the employees performance appraisal system of existing bank outlets research and analysis,find out the problems existing in current performance evaluation system and the crux,and aims at these problems,combined with Shenyang branch of management strategy,using the balanced scorecard,KPI and 360 degree evaluation and other modern performance evaluation tools and methods,to improve the original performance evaluation system and application,the corresponding protection measures are put forward.The trial application of the improvement plan has achieved phased results in the improvement of the operation level of bank outlets,the implementation of the branch’s strategic objectives,and the improvement of employees’ assessment awareness,laying a foundation for the implementation of the improvement plan in the whole bank.In the establishment of the long-term optimization mechanism of performance appraisal put forward the prospect.
