| Along with the transformation of our economy from high-speed growth stage to high-quality development stage,high-tech industry develops rapidly.Enterprises need a forward-looking talent strategy and a stable and efficient talent team to maintain a firm foothold in the market and long-term development.However,with the continuous growth of the industry scale,the competition for core R & D talents in the same industry and upstream and downstream enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the risk of R & D talent loss is becoming greater and greater,which has a negative impact on the enterprise’s technology R & D reserves and R & D service business.Taking B Communication Company as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons for the brain drain of R & D in B Communication Company by using the theoretical knowledge of human resources,SPSS software and other tools,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.In the research,this paper firstly summarized the theoretical basis and research status of brain drain related research through literature analysis,preliminarily obtained the possible influencing factors of brain drain based on the theoretical basis,and formulated the interview outline and designed the network questionnaire according to the preliminary analysis results.Secondly,in the qualitative and quantitative analysis and research,from the aspects of company management,career development,salary,company system,work pressure,interpersonal relationship,working environment and the impact of the epidemic,the main factors of B company’s R & D brain drain are analyzed in the form of questionnaires and interviews.Through the above research and analysis,the author puts forward seven countermeasures and suggestions,including optimizing the salary system,formulating reasonable performance evaluation indicators,optimizing the equity incentive plan,establishing regular training system,formulating career development route,improving management level and reducing work pressure,hoping to provide solutions to the problem of brain drain in R&D of B Communication Company.It can also provide reference for other enterprises facing the same problem in the same industry... |
