| In recent years,great changes have taken place in the domestic economic situation,industrial policies and social environment,and the competition in the pharmaceutical market has become increasingly fierce,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for pharmaceutical enterprises.Pharmaceutical enterprises should seize the opportunity,strengthen performance evaluation,design a set of scientific and effective performance evaluation system in combination with enterprise development strategy and business objectives,so as to better realize their performance management objectives and enhance their core competitiveness.Under the background of the new medical reform policy and innovation-driven development strategy,the performance evaluation of pharmaceutical enterprises should not only reflect the goal of pursuing wealth growth,taking social responsibility and meeting low-carbon development,but also measure the effectiveness of enterprises in technological upgrading,product innovation,model reconstruction and management change.For pharmaceutical enterprises,in order to improve the enterprise performance evaluation and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises,it is necessary to optimize and reasonably apply the evaluation system,and build a scientific and reliable enterprise performance evaluation system to help enterprises develop better.This paper takes pharmaceutical company D as the research object,and through in-depth analysis of its current performance evaluation system,it is found that there are some problems such as incomplete performance evaluation indicators,lagging performance evaluation methods and unreasonable weights.Aiming at these problems,this paper optimizes and designs a more scientific and complete performance evaluation system to evaluate the development of enterprises.According to the optimization goal of the performance evaluation system,a performance evaluation system covering four dimensions of economy,ecology,society and innovation was constructed,involving 47 evaluation indexes at different criteria levels,and the weight of each index in the evaluation system was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the effect of using the four-fold performance evaluation system in pharmaceutical company D,and it was found that the comprehensive performance of pharmaceutical company D was medium,and the environmental performance and innovation performance were poor.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the optimization scheme of performance evaluation system of D pharmaceutical enterprises,including system guarantee,personnel guarantee,communication and feedback mechanism and the introduction of advanced information technology.On the one hand,the optimized performance evaluation system can evaluate enterprise performance more objectively and accurately,on the other hand,it is conducive to improving the management and operation level of enterprises,hoping to bring long-term beneficial influence to enterprises and promote the high-quality development of D pharmaceutical enterprises,and at the same time,it is expected to be useful for other pharmaceutical enterprises to promote the healthy development of the industry from point to point. |
